Meg graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Exercise Science and a Nutrition minor. Following her time at UW-La Crosse, she spent a year as a group fitness instructor specializing in Kettle Bell based workouts. She is currently a NSCA certified Persoanl Trainer and her philosophies are grounded in functional movement.
